Ring in the holidays with ''A Christmas Carol'' on Decades
Once the presents have been opened, there's no better to spend Christmas Day than to curl up with a cup of hot cocoa and enjoy some classic TV. Especially if that classic TV consists of programming surrounding our favorite funny woman, Carol Burnett.
On Monday, December 25, Decades will air our special event, “A Christmas Carol." Starting at 8:00am ET and continuing throughout the day, tune in to 26 of the funniest episodes of Carol Burnett and Friends, as well as The Very Best of the Ed Sullivan Show featuring Burnett. There's a reason Carol Burnett and Friends won 25 prime time Emmy Awards and is still beloved half a century later.
The featured episodes of The Very Best of the Ed Sullivan Show will have appearances from guests like Elvis Presley, Barbra Streisand, Louis Armstrong, Judy Garland, Lucy and Desi, Joan Rivers, Kermit the Frog and the Beatles.
The perfect family-friendly programming for the holidays, “A Christmas Carol’s” schedule will be:
- Carol Burnett and Friends: 8:00am to 11:00am ET, 1:00pm ET to 4:00pm ET, 6:00pm–8:00pm ET, 11:00pm–6:00am ET
