Apple 1 Prototype
The prototype for the Apple l computer came to life on June 29, 1975. Built by Steve Wozniak, it was a wooden box with a printed circuit board. Steve Jobs was convinced the computer could be sold, and in less than a year Apple had its first product packaged as Apple l.
