Kansas City Massacre

The Kansas City Massacre occurred on the morning of June 17, 1933. Law enforcement officers were escorting bank robber Frank Nash back to prison when they were ambushed by outlaws. Nash, four policemen and an FBI agent were killed. This massacre forever changed the FBI’s involvement in fighting crime.
